Whohoo, so many amusing things in one place! Baker Lake rules! Don't leave Baker Lake without first going for a hike along the Markville Snowmobile Trail; if you come at the right time of year, St. Croix River offers some splendid whitewater. Baker Lake gets a normal amount of annual precipitation; the wettest month of the year is frequently August, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest       month of the year is February. For the period of the summertime, highs commonly are in the 80's at Baker Lake. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 50's. Highs through the winter are mostly in the 10's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Baker Lake. If you need a site to stay Country House Motel is a fine choice, and Mallard Lake Resort and Campgrounds is a great campground here. Voyager Village Country Club & Bar is a delightful golf course close                  by, and Baker Lake is a tremendous place to camp, Anchor Bay Camping and Cabins is a tremendous place. This lake is so wonderful. Don't forget to take a splendid little visit to Spring Brook; you'll stumble on a pretty lake called Little Mallard Lake.
