This lake is so wonderful. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Wild Mountain. Don't miss out on a tour to Saint Croix National Scenic River if you're here at Badger Lake, and if you came to camp Lakeview Park and Campground is a great place to do that. Not far from Badger Lake, you'll come across Bear Lake       which is a pretty lake, and Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites ST. CROIX VALLEY is a fine spot to get some rest. A common amount of rain falls here at Badger Lake; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. You can run the rapids of Apple River close to Badger Lake; camping at Cast-a-way Trailer Park is always a nice experience. Summertime highs at Badger Lake frequently tend to be                  in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 10's; night lows at Badger Lake through the wintertime mostly plunge into the-10's. And if that's not sufficient, there's loads more to do in close proximity to Badger Lake. There are other places here than Badger Lake, for example Mud Lake; St. Croix River is a good whitewater spot close by. This lake is so wonderful.
