High temperatures at Badger Lake through the long summer days are in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 10's, and overnight lows at Badger Lake through the winter ordinarily dip into the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. A fine place to camp here at Badger Lake is Port Valhalla Campground; dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites St. Croix Valley,       Wi. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for something in the neighborhood of Badger Lake? Basswood Lake is in close proximity; why not head up to Wild Mountain and strap some skis to your feet. Camping at Cast-a-way Trailer Park is always a great experience, and if you need a place to stay Luck Country Inn is a delightful choice. If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Badger Lake. Get dripping wet paddling on Apple River, and                  Toby Creek is near Badger Lake and is always a joy to stop by. From a rainfall point of view Badger Lake is a reasonably normal place; June is the month that gets the most rain; February meanwhile is the driest month. A visit to Saint Croix National Scenic River is worthwhile; Trollhaugen is a very popular ski area nearby.
