There's so much to do here at Aspen Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Birchwood Beach Campgrounds is a nice location for that, and do take a look at Bohn Dam since you're here. Summertime highs at Aspen Lake mostly tend to be in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 10's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Aspen Lake. Go for a hike on the Markville Snowmobile

| | Trail, and Luck Country Inn is a glorious spot to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Saint Croix National Scenic River is one of the destinations in the neighborhood of Aspen Lake that are splendid to go to; the snow is nice at Wild Mountain.

only spot close by, Fountain Lake is a close by lake. Aspen Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Pine Grove Resort is a pleasant local campground, and Frederic Golf Course is a splendid golf course nearby.
There's
whitewater on St. Croix River for all you adrenaline junkies, and a lake close by is Hickory Lake. Yeah, come here to Aspen Lake for a splendid time. Going for a hike on the Minnesota-Wisconsin Boundary State Trail is always a nice
adventure, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Northwoods Lodge is a glorious spot to spend a night or two. From a precipitation point of view Aspen Lake is a relatively normal place; through the month of June you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is February.
