Be careful coming to Lake Anna, you might not ever want to go back home again. Whitewater paddling is great on Brule River; while you're here, you could stop by Deadman Creek. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Lake Anna has to offer, you can camp at       Rivers Bend Campground, and at Lake Anna you always meet someone from Iron Mountain. After a long day outdoors Budget Host Inn Iron Mountain is a good site to spend a night or two. There's so much to do here at Lake Anna that you need to camp here for a while, Golden Eagle Park and Campground is a glorious spot for that. The snow is great at Norway Mountain. The annual rain here at Lake Anna is about average; June is when you get the most rain here, and                  February is when it's the driest. For the duration of the months of summer here at Lake Anna, high temperatures typically reach the 70's. Summer night lows sink down to the 50's. All through the wintertime highs are mostly in the 20's with temperatures at Lake Anna dipping down into the-10's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful.
