This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Birch Grove Campground while you're here at Angus Lake; an afternoon playing golf at Northern Pines Golf Course is always a diversion. Get your heart beating on the magnificent whitewater of Bois Brule River, and Hobbs Lake is a tremendous lake nearby. From a rainfall point of view Angus Lake is a pretty typical       site; September is when you get the most rain here; February on the other hand is the driest. Through the warm days of summer at Angus Lake highs are regularly in the 70's, and the nighttime is a little chillier of course, typically in the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 10's with temperatures at Angus Lake dipping down into the-10's through winter nights. Yeah, come here to Angus Lake for a tremendous time.
