Anderson Lake really is in the middle of a beautiful outdoors paradise. A round of golf at nearby Gateway Golf Club is a fine way to kill some time, and Duck Lake is a perfect lake nearby. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Settle Inn & Stes Eagle River is a perfect choice, and if you       came to camp Bass Campground is a wonderful place to do that. There's whitewater on Ontonagon River for all you thrill seekers. There's so much to do here at Anderson Lake that you need to camp here for a while, North Shore Campgrounds is a nice site for that. Summertime highs at Anderson Lake ordinarily tend to be in the 70's. Summer night lows dip down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 10's, and winter nights come with lows in                  the-10's to Anderson Lake. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Anderson Lake; Alligator Eye Trail is a great local trail, and get your heart pumping on the nice whitewater of Ontonagon River - Middle Branch.
