Why not stop by Anderson Lake if you're passing through these parts. Americinn - Thorp, Wi is a brilliant location to get some rest; if you came for an overnight stay Chippewa Campground is a wonderful site to camp. Anderson Lake is a good place of typical rainfall; through August this area sees the most rain; the driest of the months is February. Go for a hike on the Ice Age Trail; if you need a site to stay Americinn - Medford, Wi is a splendid choice.

| | This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Kathryn Lake Campground, and if you come at the right time of year, Black River offers some great whitewater. What a site this is for outdoors folks. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Jump River - South Fork, and Lake Eleven is a good lake nearby. Summer at Anderson Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's. For the period of the wintertime highs are regularly in the 20's; nighttime lows in the-10's for Anderson Lake. | |
