Not far from Anderson Lake, you'll come across Bear Pond which is a lovely lake, and camping at Anderson Lake is wonderful fun, Perch Lake Campground is a wonderful local campground. A typical amount of rainfall falls here at Anderson Lake; August is when you get the most rain here while February is commonly the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Anderson Lake is right by the North Country Trail, and Shewahmegon Boys Camp       is a brilliant campground here. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Anderson Lake; Pigeon Lake Trail is a nice local trail. Summer at Anderson Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 10's while the cold winter nights at Anderson Lake are in the-10's.
