A visit to Ament Lake is always a good idea. If the weather is great here at Ament Lake, you can go for a hike along the Bearskin State Park Trail, and this is a great location in the shadow of the Harrison Hills. Hit the slopes at Granite Peak close at hand. There's so much to do here at Ament Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Birkensee Resort is a pleasant place for that. This lake is so wonderful.

If you need a site to stay Super 8 Motel - Rhinelander is a splendid choice; Harrison Hills is a peak you can observe from Ament Lake. Man, is there plenty of exciting stuff to do close to Ament Lake. Here at Ament Lake there are plenty of people from Merrill; a perfect close by hotel is Americinn Rhinelander.

in the 50's. Highs during the winter are typically in the 10's while the cold winter nights at Ament Lake are in the-10's. The yearly rainfall here at Ament Lake is about average; August is the month that gets the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month.
