A common amount of precipitation falls here at Amacoy Lake; the month with most of the rain is September while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Amacoy Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, River's Edge Park is a good local campground. A glorious place       for whitewater paddling near Amacoy Lake is Chippewa River; on a magnificent day you can take a hike along the Hardwood Trail. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting stuff at Amacoy Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Americinn Lodge Ladysmith, and nearby you discover the Hickory Ridge Trail which is a nice hiking trail. If you're here at Amacoy Lake, you could have a look at Buff Creek, and there is a delightful hiking trail nearby called                  the Deer Fly Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Northshore Bar and Campground is a great location to do that, and the friendly people of Eau Claire like to hang out close by. If you need a place to stay Americinn - Ladysmith, Wi is a nice choice, and if you get bored of Amacoy Lake you could also explore close by Amacoy Lake. Summertime highs at Amacoy Lake typically tend to be in the 80's, and the overnight is slightly colder of course, frequently in the 50's.
