Sure, Mud Lake is around here. This lake is so wonderful. A splendid close by hotel is Super 8 Motel - Phillips; Flambeau River - South Fork is a magnificent whitewater spot close by. Lake Alice gets a common amount of yearly rainfall; August is the month that gets the most rain; February is the month with the least moisture. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always       take a look at close by Lake Annie, and camping at Butternut Lake Campground is always a wonderful experience. If you need a spot to stay Super 8 Motel - Park Falls is a tremendous choice, and a brilliant location for whitewater paddling is Chippewa River - East Fork. And that's not all you can do here at Lake Alice. Camp Seven Creek is a stream that you may run into while you're here, and camping is available at Soo Lake Resort. At Lake Alice all through the                  summer highs are in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's.
