There are some perfect whitewater spots on Yellow River. There's so much to do here at 56 Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Campground Number Four is a wonderful site for that. 56 Reservoir gets a normal amount of yearly rain; the month with most of the rain is September, and February       is when it's the driest. If you need a place to stay Holiday Inn TOMAH-EXIT 143 is a fine choice; a beautiful lake like Kingston Flowage is a magnificent location to have a look at. What a location this is for outdoors folks. Through the summertime months, highs generally are in the 80's at 56 Reservoir. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 20's with temperatures at 56 Reservoir dipping down                  into the 0's through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for some flowing water?
