Some of the water close by flows, like Ranch Creek, and you're probably hooked on lakes, North Flowage is one of those close by. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at 10 Reservoir. This is a pleasant neighborhood for folks who like lakes. 10 Reservoir is a lake nearby, and Best Western Sparta Trail Lodge is a wonderful place to get some rest. | | Camp is a fine local campground, and get covered with water paddling on Robinson Creek. If you need a place to stay Three Bears Lodge and Villas is a magnificent choice, and drift down the rapids of Dickey Creek in a kayak. If you came to camp Wazee County Park is a brilliant place to do that, and Habelman Dam has splendid water scenery. Throughout the long summer days, highs generally are in the 80's at 10 Reservoir. Robinson Creek
 | 10 miles away 1 PHOTO Nice place. Peaceful and relaxing.... ...ver or around substantial log jams with strong undertows, take out is recommended at Fall-Hall Road. If you'd like to see the F-H Glen, it is a 200yard paddle downstream around a bend to the glen. Secure permission to use the F-H Camp trails if you don't want to drag you boat back upstream. If you want to paddle Robinson Creek, a better put in is at the Old County Road I on the North side where there is a State Forest campsite near the ATV trails (permit req'd to camp)on the north side of the bridge. Along the way are several class I (II) riffles and a millpond dam with designated portage on the right. At Kelly Road, Portage to the right of the dam to avoid a sharp drop on the downstream side of the bridge. The rest of the trip includes some class II (III) runs with several unmarked falls of 4-7' which should be portaged. There were a couple of places to play in and, if waterflow was above average, runs that would challenge an intermediate paddler. My 13 yo son and I paddled and dragged our way to the Black River.
