Going for a hike on the Hickory Ridge Trail is always a tremendous adventure, and Island Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by. Super 8 Motel - Chetek is a great site to get some rest, and Christie Mountain is a delightful local ski area. 0.2 Reservoir truly is in the middle of a lovely outdoors paradise. You can run the rapids of Chippewa River close to 0.2 Reservoir,       and the Hardwood Trail is a pleasant hiking trail nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Northshore Bar and Campground is always a tremendous experience; you're sure to come across some great people from Eau Claire here. Near 0.2 Reservoir you stumble on the O'Neil Creek Flowage Trail which is a delightful hiking trail. For the period of the summertime months here at 0.2 Reservoir, high temperatures mostly get into the 80's, and through summer nights                  temperatures are in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's with temperatures at 0.2 Reservoir dipping down into the-10's during winter nights. 0.2 Reservoir is a good place of normal rain; most of the rain falls during August, and February is the month with the least moisture.
