While staying at Yellepit Pond you could always look at Spring Gulch; there are plenty of people from Pendleton-Hermiston here. It is very waterless here at Yellepit Pond commonly; December is when you get the most rain here; the driest month of the year is July. A nice close by hotel is Clover Island Inn, and a nice place to camp here at Yellepit Pond is Green Tree RV and Mobile Home Park.       All through the summer months, highs usually are in the 90's at Yellepit Pond, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. Through the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 40's; overnight lows at Yellepit Pond all through the winter regularly dip into the 20's. Places like Columbia Plateau are good to have a look at; Yellepit Pond is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Arrowhead Campground and RV Park is a magnificent local campground.                  This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Vineyard Inn is a great choice; if you've had enough of Yellepit Pond, Mound Pond is nearby.
