Winters Pond is a nice lake to visit. This lake is one of the great places here in the Olympic Mountains. Having a good time in the Olympic Mountains is easy. Do explore Winters Pond Dam since you're here at Winters Pond, and there is a great hiking trail nearby called the Little River Trail. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors enjoyable things the Olympic Mountains has to offer. If you need a spot to stay Sportsmen Motel is a wonderful choice, and

| | Winters Pond is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Port Angeles Koa Kampground is a fine local campground.
Yep, outdoors amusing things to do are beyond doubt plentiful here at Winters Pond. The snow is nice at Hurricane Ridge Ski Lodge; close by you locate the Baldy Trail which is a good hiking trail. Winters Pond usually gets a lot of rain; during December this area sees the most rain; the driest of the months is July. This lake is so wonderful. | |

On a great day at Winters Pond you can take a hike along the Lake Creek Trail; if time allows, Olympic National Park is a national park worth a visit.
This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is glorious on Dungeness River.
Gray Wolf River has a delightful whitewater paddling spot nearby. There's so much to do here at Winters Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Evergreen Motel and Mobile Home is a great place for that. Take a side spree to Bagley
Creek; a glorious close by hotel is Best Western Olympic Lodge.
Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Winters Pond, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Winters Pond are in the 30's.
