This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Cascade Range. Near Wing Lake you come across Last Chance Pass which is a delightful site to stop at. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Wing Lake has to offer, you can camp at Shady Campground. Yeah, come here to Wing Lake for a good time. If you're here at Wing Lake, checking out Lewis Glacier is a must, and going for a hike on the Mill Creek Trail is always a splendid adventure. This lake

| | is so wonderful. Get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of Granite Creek, and if you need a site to stay Sun Mountain Lodge is a wonderful choice. For the duration of the days of summer, highs commonly are in the 70's at Wing Lake. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. that you need to camp here for a while, High Bridge Campground is a magnificent site for that. Now, you may feel that's a heap but there's even more entertaining things to do here in the Northern Cascade Range. A fine site for
whitewater paddling in close proximity to Wing Lake is Stehekin River, and a lake close by is Silent Lakes. Whohoo, so many cool things in one place! The Northern Cascade Range is great! Mount Benzarino is clearly visible from Wing
Lake, and you can go for a hike on the Park Creek Trail. Lewis Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit; nearby you hit upon the Rainbow Lake Trail which is a good hiking trail. A lot of rainfall falls at Wing Lake; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest month of the year is July.
