    The beauty of Willow Lake is reason enough to stop by. Willow Lake is a wet place that gets a good deal of precipitation; November is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is July. The Northern Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. And if that's not enough there's a heap more amusing things to do in the Northern Cascade Range. Get drenched paddling on Canyon Creek - Skagit Tributary, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Jack  
   Mountain Trail.
You just can't picture the amount of outdoors cool things the area near Willow Lake has to offer. A lake close by is Hozomeen Lake; Willow Lake is a pleasant place to visit for more than one day, Lighting Creek Campground is a pleasant place to camp nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Willow Lake you can catch a glimpse of Desolation Peak, and if the weather is tremendous, you can go for a hike along the Sourdough Lookout Trail. Now,
 
               you may feel that's loads but there's even more entertaining things to do here in the Northern Cascade Range.
Paddling on Granite Creek is so much fun. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Willow Lake has to offer, you can camp at Cat Island Campground. For the period of the warmest time of the year here at Willow Lake, high temperatures usually reach the 70's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's while Willow Lake nighttime low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 20's. If you get bored of Willow Lake, you could also have a look at nearby Ridley Lake, and going for a hike along the East Bank Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region.
