Go to Wildwood Pond if you want to go to a nice lake. A large amount of rain falls at Wildwood Pond; the wettest month of the year is usually December, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is July. Camping at Wildwood Pond is good fun, Oaknoll RV Park is a good local campground; since you're here, you might as well have a look at Paradise Valley. Caledonia Beach is in the vicinity of Wildwood Pond if you're in a beach type of mood;

| | Puyallup River has a fine whitewater paddling spot close by. If you're stopping by Wildwood Pond from Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue, you won't be the only one; if you came for an overnight stay Gig Harbor Camping Resort is a good place to camp. So much exciting stuff to do here at Wildwood Pond, too good to be true. If you want to hit the beach, Northilla Beach is nearby, and Sunset Beach Paradise is a great place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. | |

Looking for some flowing water? Try Christensen Creek, and the view of Indian Point is stunning. At Wildwood Pond through the months of summer highs are in the 70's, and the nighttime is a bit colder of course, typically in the 50's.
Highs all through the wintertime are regularly in the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Wildwood Pond. This lake is so wonderful. If you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling
on Duwamish River, and dry warm beds await you at Silver Cloud Inn Tacoma. Not far from Wildwood Pond you acquire some glorious water scenery at Wildwood Pond Dam, and do schedule some time to have a look at Christensen Cove if you have a chance.
