Johns Camp Lake is a good lake next to Wildcat Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Bronco Inn. Around Wildcat Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; December is the wettest month with most snow; July is when it's the driest. The warmest time of       the year brings highs in the 80's to Wildcat Lake, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. All through the winter highs are usually in the 30's while Wildcat Lake overnight low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Cow Creek is a striking stream that is worth checking out, and Layman Canyon is a tremendous location to spend some time.
