Wildcat Lake is a nice lake to visit. This lake is so wonderful. And if that's not enough there's plenty more exciting things to do in the Olympic Mountains. If you need a site to stay Creekside Inn is a brilliant choice, and you can go for a hike on the Baldy Trail. Just can't get enough of the Olympic Mountains. Paddling on Dosewallips River is so much fun, and Union Bay Hot Tub Cabins is a perfect place to get some rest.

| | Wildcat Lake is Dosewallips Campground, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always check out close by Lake Constance. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors enjoyable things the area close to Wildcat Lake has to offer. Get dripping wet paddling on Hamma Hamma River, and Wildcat Lake is not far at all from Shelton. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Lena Lake Campground while you're here at Wildcat Lake, and there are nice locations | |

to look at along the Mount Jupiter Trail.
Going for a hike on the Royal Creek Trail is always a good adventure, and there's some flowing water nearby, Brokenfinger Creek is a stream you can stop at during your stay. Wildcat Lake
is located in the Olympic Mountains. It is very dried up here at Wildcat Lake commonly; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain, and July is the month with the least moisture.
During the days of summer here
at Wildcat Lake, high temperatures regularly get into the 60's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's; through the dark hours in the winter at Wildcat Lake temperatures drop to the 30's.
