     Nearby lakes? Sure, Lake Metam is in the vicinity of White Chuck Lakes; going for a hike along the Camp Creek Ridge Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. Have a good hiking adventure along the Lost Creek Ridge Trail; if you came for an overnight stay Crystal Creek Campground is a pleasant place to camp. Throughout the summer months highs here at White Chuck Lakes get into the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into  
   the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's with temperatures at White Chuck Lakes dipping down into the 20's during winter nights.
Be careful coming to the Northern Cascade Range, you might not ever want to return back home again. Stujack Creek is a stream that you may encounter while you're here; get yourself into a kayak and hit Sauk River. A large amount of precipitation falls at White Chuck Lakes; the wettest month of the year is commonly November,
 
               that's the one that rains the most while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Really brilliant skiing awaits you at Stephens Pass.
That right there is plenty of exciting stuff already but it goes on, the Northern Cascade Range has it all. Looking for something in the neighborhood of White Chuck Lakes? Thornton Lake is in close proximity, and do take a hike on the Meadow Mountain Trail. This lake is so wonderful. White Chuck Campground is a great campground nearby; a good panorama of charming White Chuck Mountain is available. So much fun stuff in the vicinity of White Chuck Lakes, definitely astonishing. Get covered with water paddling on Whitechuck River; as expected, A spree to Rat Trap Pass is always fun.
This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Cascade Range.

Stevens has a wide diversity of trails and runs that suits every riding style. From beginner to expert and for those terrain park junkies Stevens has you covered. I think what's special about Stevens is you can find your own little part of the mountain which is all yours, I have 4-5 little runs that cross between trails and off-piste that are all mine. Also the snow is crazy good, powder almost all the time. My favorite runs are Orion, some tree skiing near wall street, and right above the power lines. Stevens also has some pretty sweet out of bounds stuff to so check it out...
