Many people like to go to White Chuck Lakes. This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Cascade Range. There's so much to do here at White Chuck Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, White Chuck Campground is a tremendous place for that, and not far from White Chuck Lakes you'll find Lake Metam which is a beautiful lake. This lake is so wonderful. A perfect place for whitewater paddling near White Chuck Lakes is Whitechuck River, and there

| | is a magnificent hiking trail nearby called the Lost Creek Ridge Trail. Yep, outdoors entertaining stuff to do are really bountiful here at White Chuck Lakes. On a perfect day at White Chuck Lakes you can take a hike along the Meadow Mountain Trail, and Sauk River is a fine whitewater spot nearby. highs down to the 40's, and overnight lows in the 20's for White Chuck Lakes. Yep, outdoors cool things truly is bountiful here in the Northern Cascade Range. On a lovely day you get a panorama of White Chuck Mountain from White Chuck Lakes, and going for a hike on the Camp Creek Ridge Trail is always a perfect adventure.

 | 24 miles away 1 PHOTO Stevens has a wide diversity of trails and runs that suits every riding style. From beginner to expert and for those terrain park junkies Stevens has you covered. I think what's special about Stevens is you can find your own little part of the mountain which is all yours, I have 4-5 little runs that cross between trails and off-piste that are all mine. Also the snow is crazy good, powder almost all the time. My favorite runs are Orion, some tree skiing near wall street, and right above the power lines. Stevens also has some pretty sweet out of bounds stuff to so check it out... |
