Through the warmest time of the year at Whistle Lake highs are regularly in the 60's, and the overnight is fairly colder of course, usually in the 50's. Highs throughout the winter are commonly in the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 30's for Whistle Lake. Nothing beats kicking back at Anaco Beach, and camping at Fidalgo Bay Resort is always a great experience. This lake is so wonderful. Hit the beach if you want, North Beach       is practically right here, and the view of gorgeous Mount Erie is pleasant. San Juan Motel Anacortes is a glorious place to get some rest; you can run the rapids of Whatcom Creek. This lake is so wonderful. A tour to nearby Fidalgo Bay is very relaxing, and dry warm beds await you at Auld Holland Inn. An average amount of rain falls at Whistle Lake; December is the wettest month with most rain; the driest of the months is July. What a place this is for outdoors                  folks. While you're here at Whistle Lake you can play some golf at Similk Beach Golf Course; there are plenty of people from Oak Harbor here at Whistle Lake.
