West Tritt Lake is pretty dehydrated usually; during December this area sees the most snow, and the driest of the months is July. This lake is so wonderful. The smiling folks of Spokane like to hang out close by; don't miss out on a nice swamp; Turnbull Slough is right here at West Tritt Lake. There are some great       whitewater spots on Hangman Creek, and the scenery at Emtman Dam Number Two is beautiful. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to West Tritt Lake, and the overnight is a bit cooler of course, commonly in the 50's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 30's while West Tritt Lake night low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 20's. Camping at Peaceful Pines Camp Ground is always a splendid experience. Lakes? Sure, Cossalman Lake is                  around here. If you want a fine time in the great outdoors, just come on down to West Tritt Lake. There's whitewater on Spokane River for all you thrill seekers, and not far from West Tritt Lake you'll come across East Tritt Lake which is a beautiful lake.
