West Lake is one of the lakes here in the Olympic Mountains. High temperatures at West Lake through the warm days of summer are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 40's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 40's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at West Lake temperatures drop to the 30's. The high level of rainfall makes West Lake a relatively wet place; all through       the month of December you get the most rain around here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. There's some exciting stuff to see at West Lake Dam near West Lake; camping at Brown Creek Campground is always a fine experience. Man, is there lots of fun stuff to do near West Lake. Some of the water close by flows, like Dalby Creek, and golf can be played at Lake Cushman Golf Course. If you need a place                  to stay Alderbrook Resort And Spa is a great choice; you can run the rapids of Vance Creek. Man, is there loads of fun things to do in the Olympic Mountains. You're sure to stumble upon some wonderful people from Shelton here, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - Shelton. This lake is so wonderful. The summit of Grisdale Hill can be distinguished from West Lake, and camping is available at Lake Cushman Resort. You definitely ought to love the Olympic Mountains.
