All through the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Wentworth Lake. There are other places here than Wentworth Lake, for example Big Joes Lake, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Wentworth Lake; Allens Bay Trail is a good local trail. This lake is one       of the great places here in the Olympic Mountains. East Fork Dickey River is a tremendous local stream. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Wentworth Lake has to offer, you can camp at Mora Campground. These mountains rock, just explore all the entertaining stuff to do in the Olympic Mountains. Lakes are such peaceful places, why not visit Dickey Lake near Wentworth Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort is a great place to                  get some rest, and the South Sand Point Trail offers hiking at its best. If you want a brilliant time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Olympic Mountains. If you need a place to stay Kalaloch Lodge is a tremendous choice; there are some magnificent whitewater spots on Hoko River. Wentworth Lake is a wet site that gets a lot of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is December, and the driest month of the year is August. Just can't get enough of Wentworth Lake.
