There's so much to do here at Weallup Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Port Susan Camping Club is a great place for that. Looking for a magnificent trip? Lake Chelan National Recreation Area is pretty close to Weallup Lake, and Weallup Lake is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Cedar Grove Shores RV Park is a fine local campground. This lake is so wonderful. A nice beach       near Weallup Lake is Tulalip Shores; enjoy a round of golf at Battle Creek Public Golf Course. If you want a splendid time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Weallup Lake. Pilchuck Creek has a glorious whitewater paddling spot close by, and since you're here, you could also stop at beautiful Lake Goodwin. At Weallup Lake all through the warm days of summer highs are in the 70's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. For the period of                  the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Weallup Lake. After a long day outdoors Silver Cloud Inn Mukilteo is a wonderful place to spend a night or two; you don’t have to go far from Weallup Lake to catch a glimpse of the water at Lake Shoecraft Outlet Dam. Weallup Lake is ordinarily a relatively dried up place; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is July.
