This lake is so wonderful. Holiday Inn Express PORTLAND-EAST (TROUTDALE) is a tremendous place to get some rest; lakes are such peaceful spots, why not go to Price Reservoir. High temperatures at Washougal Lake throughout the warm months are in the 70's. Summer night lows sink down to the 40's. Through the       winter the highs are typically in the 40's while Washougal Lake nighttime low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 30's. Washougal Lake is a beautiful lake in the Northern Cascade Range. If you came for an overnight stay Jones Creek Campground is a great place to camp; if you need a place to stay Best Western Parkersville Inn & Suites is a splendid choice. Any time is a splendid time at Washougal Lake if you adore the outdoors. Cold Creek Campground                  is a perfect local campground, and nearby you hit upon the Green Leaf Trail which is a good hiking trail. You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool things in the Northern Cascade Range. On a magnificent day at Washougal Lake you can take a hike along the Washougal Trail, and if you're visiting from Portland-Vancouver-Beaverton, you won't be the only one. Washougal Lake gets a good deal of water; the month with most of the rain is December; July is the month with the least moisture. If you go for the outdoors you'll go for it here in the Northern Cascade Range. Some of the water close by flows, like East Fork Little Washougal River, and paddling on Little Washougal River is so much fun. This lake is so wonderful.
