A golf course close to Ward Lake is Tumwater Valley Municipal Golf Course, and why not a little side visit to Deschutes River. If you get bored of Ward Lake, you could also check out nearby Hazard Lake, and you're sure to bump into       some nice folks from Olympia here. This lake is one of the great places here in the Olympic Mountains. Just can't get enough of Ward Lake. Hewitt Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit, and if you need a spot to stay Clarion Hotel Olympia is a great choice. All the water falling down from the sky makes Ward Lake a wet place; the month with most of the rain is December, and the driest month of the year is July. That right there is a load of amusing                  things already but it goes on, the Olympic Mountains has it all.
