Camping at Tiffany's Resort is always a glorious experience, and there is a pleasant hiking trail nearby called the Empire Drive Trail. It's a magnificent idea to stop by Bacon Creek, it's next to Ward Lake; if the weather is glorious, you can go for a hike along the Laws Trail. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors cool things the area near Ward Lake has to offer. If you need a       spot to stay Northern Inn is a good choice. This lake is so wonderful. Ward Lake is not the only spot nearby, Lake Butte is a nearby lake, and on a perfect day you can take a hike along the Storm King Trail. At Ward Lake throughout the days of summer highs are in the 80's. Summer night lows drop down to the 40's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Ward Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Klondike Motel,                  and camping is available at Fisherman's Cove Resort.
