After a long day outdoors Cave B Inn at SageCliffe is a great place to spend a night or two; if you came for an overnight stay Getty's Cove RV is a fine place to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Vantage Riverstone Resort and Motel; it's a great idea to check out Johnson Creek. Not far from Wanapum Lake, you'll locate Nunnally Lake which is a charming lake; do stop by Wanapum Dam since you're here.       There are other places here than Wanapum Lake, for example Hillton Lake, and soar down the rapids of Sand Hollow Creek in a kayak. All year is a fine time in the Wenatchee Mountains if you go for the outdoors. Not much rainfall falls here at Wanapum Lake; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most snow while July is regularly the driest month. So much enjoyable stuff to do here in the Wenatchee Mountains, too great to be true. Middle Canyon                  is a pleasant site to look at, and if you need a site to stay Country Inn and Suites Sunnyside is a fine choice. Summer at Wanapum Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime highs are generally in the 30's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Wanapum Lake temperatures dip to the 20's.
