This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Upper Wheeler Reservoir is good fun, Meadow Campground is a good local campground; there's splendid hiking along the Devils Gulch Trail. Having a brilliant time in the Wenatchee Mountains is easy. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Red Hill Trail; get yourself into a kayak and hit Wenatchee River. Why not take a look at nearby Miners       Run Creek since you're here at Upper Wheeler Reservoir, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Upper Wheeler Reservoir; High Creek Trail is a great local trail. The Wenatchee Mountains scenery is always beautiful. High temperatures at Upper Wheeler Reservoir during the summertime are in the 80's. Summer overnight lows sink down to the 40's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Upper Wheeler Reservoir.                  All the outdoors cool stuff near Upper Wheeler Reservoir will keep you coming back over and over. What would winter be without some skiing at Mission Ridge, and why not take a look at Upper Wheeler Dam if you're here. Upper Wheeler Reservoir is a good place of normal rain; the month of December is the wettest with most of the snow, and the driest of the months is July. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Econo Lodge Wenatchee is a magnificent spot to spend a night or two. If you need a place to stay Comfort Inn Wenatchee is a pleasant choice, and Milo Wood Pond is a nearby lake that you could go to. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors fun stuff the Wenatchee Mountains has to offer.
