Upper Wheeler Reservoir is a fine spot to visit for more than one day, Beehive Spring Campground is a fine spot to camp nearby; let's not forget Miners Run Creek which is a stream that you may stumble upon during your stay. The Wenatchee Mountains scenery is always       beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. Do visit Wenatchee Heights Reservoir Number Two in close proximity to Upper Wheeler Reservoir, it's a pretty lake, and Upper Wheeler Dam is a site that is next to Upper Wheeler Reservoir. From a rainfall point of view Upper Wheeler Reservoir is a pretty normal place; through the month of December you get the most snow around here, and the driest of the months is July. Wenatchee River has a splendid whitewater paddling                  spot nearby, and hiking along the Red Hill Trail is magnificent fun. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Upper Wheeler Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Meadow Campground, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Devils Gulch Trail.
