Beautiful Twin Lakes has much to offer visitors. Camping at Twin Lakes is good fun, Leland Lake Campground is a good local campground; a delightful nearby hotel is The Resort At Port Ludlow. So many amusing things to do here in the Olympic Mountains, too great to be true. Summertime highs at Twin Lakes generally tend to be in the 70's; all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 40's with winter lows in the 30's

You'll find a delightful lake called Horseshoe Lake near Twin Lakes; if you came for an overnight stay Smitty's Trailer Park is a good spot to camp. Around Twin Lakes you don’t get a lot of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is commonly December, that's the one that rains the most, and July is the month with the least moisture. This lake is located in the wonderful Olympic Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. An afternoon playing golf at Port Ludlow Golf Course is always
a diversion, and in case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Big Quilcene River. Man, is there a heap of cool stuff to do in the Olympic Mountains. Twin Lakes is right by the Mount Zion Trail, and Inn At Port Hadlock is a brilliant spot to get some rest.
