You'll need more than a day to look at everything Turtle Lake has to offer, you can camp at Panorama RV Park and Storage, and do explore Hyatt Lake, it's a pretty lake. Sherman Creek is a delightful whitewater spot in the vicinity of Turtle Lake; at Turtle Lake you can see Echo Mountain. Now, you may imagine that's a load but there's even more cool stuff to do here at Turtle Lake.       Dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Colville; Turtle Lake is a tremendous location to visit for more than one day, Evans Campground is a tremendous location to camp nearby. Throughout the summer highs here at Turtle Lake get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 40's. For the period of the wintertime highs are generally in the 30's; overnight lows all through the wintertime for Turtle Lake tend to be in the 10's. A trip to                  Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area is worthwhile, and don't forget to take a pleasant little tour to Highland Creek. At Turtle Lake you don’t see much precipitation; December is when you get the most snow here while September is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful.
