Turtle Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is located in the wonderful Olympic Mountains. Turtle Lake is not far at all from Shelton; Pines Trailer and Recreational is a brilliant campground here. Much precipitation falls at Turtle Lake; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily December, that's the one that rains the most; July meanwhile is the driest month.

| | the fine whitewater of Skokomish River - South Fork, and if you're a golfer then a glorious close by course is Lake Limerick Country Club. But wait, there's more to do near Turtle Lake.
