A visit to Tule Lake is always a good idea. Tule Lake is a wet spot that gets a great deal of rain; December is when you get the most rain here; July meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Smitty's Trailer Park is always a tremendous experience, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Mount Zion Trail. Man, is there lots of cool stuff to do in the Olympic Mountains. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Tule Lake; Deadfall Trail

| | is a great local trail, and if you need a spot to stay Inn at Port Ludlow is a delightful choice.
If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Tule Lake. A golf course in the vicinity of Tule Lake is Port Ludlow Golf Course; Tule Lake is right by the Mount Jupiter Trail. is a splendid local campground. You could also stop by Horseshoe Lake while you're here at Tule Lake; it's nearby, and get drenched paddling on Big Quilcene River.
Tule Lake is located in the Olympic Mountains. During the summer
months, highs frequently are in the 70's at Tule Lake. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter at Tule Lake temperatures
plunge to the 30's. Dry warm beds await you at Harbormaster Restaurant, and the good folks of Bremerton-Silverdale like to hang out close by.
