So many exciting things in the Northern Cascade Range, just unbelievable. You can run the rapids of White Salmon River near Trout Lake. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Trout Lake has to offer, you can camp at Elk Meadows RV Park. This lake is so wonderful. Trout Lake Creek is a splendid whitewater spot in the neighborhood of Trout Lake, and swing by Bear Creek it's a splendid       place to visit. Trout Lake is located in the Northern Cascade Range. Trout Lake is a wet location that gets a lot of rain; December is when you get the most snow here, and the driest month of the year is July. After a long day outdoors Comfort Suites Hood River is a good location to spend a night or two. There's so much to do here at Trout Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Adams Fork - Gifford Pinchot National Forest is a great spot for that.                  There are other places here than Trout Lake, for example Crystal Lake, and while you're here you will meet lots of people from nearby Hood River. At Trout Lake through the summertime highs are in the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's while Trout Lake night low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 20's. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining stuff in the Northern Cascade Range. Good hiking is available along the Oklahoma Trail, and a brilliant place to visit is Green Canyon. This lake is so wonderful.
