At Tonseth Lake through the summertime months highs are in the 80's while overnight lows are usually in the 50's. All through the winter the highs are frequently in the 20's with temperatures at Tonseth Lake dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Tonseth Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Camp Four Campground is a splendid local campground, and whitewater paddling       is great on Chewuch River. Looking for something right next door to Tonseth Lake? Pocket Lake is in the neighborhood, and you can go for a hike on the North Twentymile Trail. Yep, outdoors exciting things truly is bountiful here in the Northern Cascade Range. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Loup Loup Ski Bowl; Tonseth Lake is not the only spot nearby, Meadow Lake is a nearby lake. Tonseth Lake is located in the Northern Cascade Range. If you want a great                  time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Northern Cascade Range. You get a tremendous panorama of Wellie Peak from Tonseth Lake, and perfect hiking is available along the Smarty Creek Trail. Tonseth Lake is pretty dried out ordinarily; December is when you get the most snow here; July is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. There are good locations to discover along the North Fork Twentymile Trail. There's so much to do here at Tonseth Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Andrews Creek Campground is a wonderful location for that. This is no place for people who don’t like to have a good time.
