This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Cascade Range. This lake is so wonderful. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Shuksan Golf Club is in the neighborhood, and the slopes of Mt.Baker are so inviting nobody can resist. These mountains rock, just check out all the cool stuff to do in the Northern Cascade Range. Lake Chelan National Recreation Area is one of       the destinations near Toad Lake that are brilliant to go to. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Toad Lake. Summer night lows descend down to the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Toad Lake are in the 30's. The summit of Squalicum Mountain can be made out from Toad Lake, and you'll possibly meet some people from Bellingham here. Any time is a great time at Toad Lake if you fancy the outdoors. If you                  come at the right time of year, Skookum Creek offers some tremendous whitewater; camping is available at Bellingham RV Park.
