A visit to Tjossem Pond is always a good idea. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. While you're here at Tjossem Pond you can play some golf at Reecer Creek Golf & Country Club; Tjossem Pond is close to Benwy Canyon which is absolutely worth visiting. Stay the night at Ellensburg Mobile Estates Park, and glide down the rapids of Yakima River in a kayak. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the High Creek Trail is always a pleasant adventure,

Summertime highs at Tjossem Pond usually tend to be in the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's; night lows during the wintertime for Tjossem Pond tend to be in the 20's. Tjossem Pond is pretty dehydrated regularly; the wettest month of the year is generally December, that's the one that snows the most; July is when it's the driest. Very picturesque
scenery and great skiing is what you get at Mission Ridge. A good nearby hotel is Holiday Inn Express ELLENSBURG; there are brilliant places to look at along the Teanaway Wilson Stock Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. At Tjossem
Pond Dam close to Tjossem Pond there are some interesting things to see; Tjossem Pond is a brilliant place to visit for more than one day, Yakima River R V Park is a brilliant place to camp nearby.
