Texas Pond is always a pleasure to visit. Be careful coming to Texas Pond, you might not ever wanna return back home again. While you're here at Texas Pond, you could also explore pretty Hilt Lake, and Texas Pond is good enough to spend more than a day at, Wilderness Village is a good local campground. Do check out Caskey Lake right next door to Texas Pond, it's a gorgeous lake, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Texas Pond; Gee Point Trail is a great

| | local trail. There's no way someone can get bored here in the Northern Cascade Range. So much fun stuff to do in the Northern Cascade Range, not enough time. Good hiking is available along the Finney Peak Trail, and you can run the rapids of Clear Creek. Texas Pond is one of the lakes here in the Northern Cascade Range. the wintertime are mostly in the 40's while Texas Pond nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Clark's Skagit River Resort is a great spot to do that; Best
Western Sky Valley Inn, Monroe is a great place to get some rest. Get your pulse rate up on the wonderful whitewater of Sauk River, and Texas Pond Dam is lovely. Texas Pond is a reasonably wet place mostly with much precipitation; all through November this area sees the most rain while July is commonly the driest month.
