    Many people like to go to Teal Duck Slough. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting things close to Teal Duck Slough. While you're here at Teal Duck Slough, you could also stop at striking Horseshoe Lake, and after a long day outdoors The Polynesian Resort is a wonderful place to spend a night or two. You'll discover a picturesque lake called Long Lake near Teal Duck Slough; Willapa RV Park is a nice campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful.

   await you at Quinault Beach Resort And Casino, and there are swamps here too, Cannery Slough is nearby. And that's not all there is to do here in the Olympic Mountains. Teal Duck Slough is a fine place to visit for more than one day, Bayshore RV Park is a fine place to camp nearby; you'll perhaps meet some folks from Aberdeen here. Teal Duck Slough ordinarily gets a lot of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is December while July is ordinarily the  
               driest month.
At Teal Duck Slough all through the warm days of summer highs are in the 60's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter at Teal Duck Slough temperatures sink to the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. North Cove is next to Teal Duck Slough and is a great place to explore, and Kindred Slough is one of the streams nearby that might be worth visiting. This lake is located in the wonderful Olympic Mountains.
Just can't get enough of the Olympic Mountains. Very glorious water scenery is available at Teal Duck Slough Dam close to Teal Duck Slough, and a nice spot to explore is Empire Spit.

All sites are grass, tables at each site, full hook-up with cable and Wi-Fi available. We are 2. 5 blocks from the beach and 14 blocks from downtown. We have showers, laundry, and a meeting hall available to groups. Our Park is perpendicular to the highway so most sites are well away from the road. In addition to campers, Timberland RV is home to ducks, crows, pigeons, woodpeckers, blue jays, robins and sometimes a goose or even a swan and numerous other birds, including the heron (crane). Depending on what season it is, deer with babies and even an occasional otter can be sighted. So while you are visiting please help us to preserve our natural environment for all to enjoy.
