A round of golf at nearby Olsen Riverside Golf Course is a great way to kill some time; you can stay the night at Nor'west RV Park. Taylor Pond gets a normal amount of rain; December is the wettest month with most rain; the driest month of the year is July. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Taylor Pond; all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Daytime       highs during the wintertime are in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Taylor Pond are in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Do check out Heron Pond in close proximity to Taylor Pond, it's a beautiful lake, and why not take a little tour to Squalicum Creek since you're here.
