Yellepit Pond is a tremendous lake close to Switch Pond, and a nice site to camp here at Switch Pond is Green Tree RV and Mobile Home Park. High temperatures at Switch Pond through the summertime are in the 90's with overnight lows in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Switch Pond are in the 20's.       So many cool things to do here at Switch Pond, too nice to be true. After a long day outdoors Vineyard Inn is a pleasant site to spend a night or two; the good folks of Pendleton-Hermiston like to hang out close by. Not much rain falls here at Switch Pond; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain; July on the other hand is the driest. If you need a site to stay Clover Island Inn is a great choice, and why not camp at Arrowhead                  Campground and RV Park if you're here at Switch Pond.
