If you are in this part of Washington make sure to pay a visit to Lake Sutherland. Lots of rainfall falls at Lake Sutherland; the month with most of the rain is December; July on the other hand is the driest. This lake is located in the wonderful Olympic Mountains. At Lake Sutherland during the days of summer highs are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's while Lake Sutherland overnight low temperatures

This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Lake Sutherland you can take a hike along
the Boulder Lake Trail, and for you golfers we recommend nearby Salt Creek RV Park Golf Course. Head up to Hurricane Ridge Ski Lodge and strap some skis to your feet; if you came for an overnight stay Crescent Beach and RV Park is
a glorious location to camp. Have a great hiking adventure along the Happy Lake Ridge Trail.

along the Soleduck Trail; get your heart pumping on the fine whitewater of Elwha River. So much entertaining stuff to do in the Olympic Mountains, not enough time. Camping is available at Indian Valley Motel and RV Park, and a journey to Olympic National Park is worthwhile.
