Summertime highs at Summit Lake commonly tend to be in the 70's, and the night is a little colder of course, commonly in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Summit Lake. Stillaguamish River - South Fork is a pleasant whitewater spot in the vicinity of Summit Lake; since you might be in a lake visiting mood       you can always pop by close by Bathtub Lakes. This lake is so wonderful. A good close by hotel is Best Western Sky Valley Inn. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Summit Lake has to offer, you can camp at Turlo Campground. A lot of rain falls at Summit Lake; December is the wettest month with most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors cool stuff the Northern Cascade Range has to offer. After                  a long day outdoors GuestHouse Inn & Suites M is a magnificent spot to spend a night or two, and don't leave Summit Lake without first going for a hike along the Finney Peak Trail. The summit of Mount Pilchuck can be observed from Summit Lake. Lakes? Sure, Six Lake is close at hand. If only every site had this much outdoors amusing stuff, what a great world it would be. If you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Sultan River, and there's delightful hiking along the Gee Point Trail. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! The Northern Cascade Range rules!
