  All year is a good time in the Northern Cascade Range if you love the outdoors. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Summit Lake has to offer, you can camp at Coplay Lake. There's great hiking along the Carbon Trail; a fine close by hotel is Cedars Inn. Summit Lake is a beautiful lake in the Northern Cascade Range. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun stuff in the Northern Cascade Range. While you're here at Summit Lake and you want to take a
    horse ride, you may visit Midnight Mountain Farm. Donít forget to go to Celery Meadow while you're here at Summit Lake. There are wonderful locations to explore along the Summit Lake Trail; McGilvery Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth a visit.
