All the water falling down from the sky makes Summer Lake a wet site; the month with most of the rain is November, and July on the other hand is the driest. Summer Lake is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Pilchuck Bridge Campground is a fine local campground; you're sure to stumble upon some nice people from Mount Vernon-Anacortes here. If you have a thing about the outdoors you'll have a thing about it       here in the Northern Cascade Range. After a long day outdoors Arlington Motor Inn is a pleasant place to spend a night or two; camping at Lake Associates Recreation Clb is always a good experience. The Northern Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. Pilchuck Creek is a splendid whitewater spot near Summer Lake, and golf can be played at Overlook Golf Course. A great close by hotel is Adeline Inn On The River, and Lake Chelan National                  Recreation Area is a nice location nearby. For the period of the summer at Summer Lake highs are typically in the 70's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 50's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and night lows in the 30's for Summer Lake.
