Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit nearby Seabury Pond, and Lake Chelan National Recreation Area is a great place close by. Lakes? Sure, Cultus Mountain Reservoir is in the neighborhood, and Arlington Motor Inn is a magnificent place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. A splendid site to camp here at Summer Lake is Lake Associates       Recreation Clb, and playing golf is lots of fun at Overlook Golf Course. This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Cascade Range. All the water falling down from the sky makes Summer Lake a wet place; most of the rain falls during November, and the driest month is July. High temperatures at Summer Lake all through the warm days of summer are in the 70's. Summer night lows fall down to the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 40's; nighttime                  lows in the 30's for Summer Lake. If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Summer Lake. Summer Lake is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Pilchuck Bridge Campground is a brilliant local campground; at Summer Lake you always meet someone from Mount Vernon-Anacortes.
