Whitewater paddling is tremendous on Sullivan River, and why not a little side tour to Elk Creek. Going for a hike on the Terry Trail is always a pleasant adventure, and you're probably addicted to lakes, Crater Lake is one of those nearby. Sullivan Lake is pretty dried up typically; December is the month that gets the most snow, and September meanwhile is the driest month. Man, is there a load of fun things       to do in the neighborhood of Sullivan Lake. Comfort Inn Colville is a tremendous spot to get some rest. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Sullivan Lake has to offer, you can camp at Mill Pond Campground, and if you've had enough of Sullivan Lake, Mill Pond is close by. Through the warm days of summer at Sullivan Lake temperatures are commonly in the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. Throughout                  the winter highs are commonly in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Sullivan Lake. This lake is so wonderful.
