Going for a hike on the County Line Trail is always a wonderful adventure; Best Western Icicle Inn is a great spot to get some rest. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors amusing things the Northern Cascade Range has to offer. You get a pleasant panorama of Argonaut Peak from Lake Stuart; Trout Lake Campground is a great       local campground. That right there is plenty already, but it continues; Lake Stuart has it all. If you come at the right time of year, Icicle Creek offers some great whitewater, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Snowcap Lodge. Lake Stuart is located in the Northern Cascade Range. Through the long summer days, highs commonly are in the 60's at Lake Stuart. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 40's. For the period of the winter this place gets                  highs in the 20's; nighttime lows at Lake Stuart through the wintertime commonly sink into the 10's. Eightmile Lake Outlet Dam is an out of the ordinary thing to check out, and there are wonderful spots to explore along the Icicle Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Eightmile Lake Campground is a great place to camp, and there are some magnificent whitewater spots on Teanaway River - North Fork. Don't leave Lake Stuart without first going for a hike along the Miller Peak Trail. This lake is so wonderful. There are plenty of people from Ellensburg here at Lake Stuart; Eightmile Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit. Having a splendid time in the Northern Cascade Range is easy.
